Donna was a geek before she was an attorney. After a twenty-year career as a software engineer, Donna became an attorney who focuses on helping technology companies with their contract and IP needs. This software experience means that she doesn't just know the buzzwords; she understands the concepts. She is able to translate complex technology concepts into enforceable legal language.
